Pamela J. Swanick - Certified Yoga/Pilates Instructor-

Pamela J. Swanick, CYT, RYT Yoga-Pilates Instructor has over 15 years of teaching experience in the Wolfeboro, NH community.  With a long term vision to be able to provide classes in a safe and welcoming environment and have other inspiring instructors join her in this journey along the way is truly a dream come true.   Pam provides classes for every level, from gentle beginners to advanced vigorous flows.

Her Yoga styles are a combination of many ancient practices, including; Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Sport, Fit and Power.  Pam incorporates Pilates into every class because it is extremely important to keep a strong core which also keeps the spine strong, lean and long.  You will receive guidance throughout each class with Pranayma breathing so that your body can experience the full benefits of each pose, stretch and asana. You can always rely on a time for meditation at the end of each class to bring awareness into your inner self and just let yourself “BE”.

Pam created a perfect space for you to be comfortable treating your body as the divine temple that it is, always providing many levels of modifications to choose from so that you will know which one is right for you.  Her belief of teaching is to provide clear verbal direction and instruction while showing you each pose with variations so that you know exactly what to do and feel confident doing them.  She provides physical adjustments at times to prevent injury and to help each individual obtain their personal goals of strength, flexibility, and centering.

You will leave every class feeling balanced, strong, peaceful and refreshed all at the same time.

Deborah Harkins- Certified Yoga Instructor-

Deborah Harkins is a registered yoga instructor in the Rasamaya method, she completed her 200 hr teacher training in July 2013.  She is also a licensed massage therapist. Deborah has practiced yoga since she was a teenager, and has long had a passion and devotion to yoga. Massage has brought a knowledge of anatomy and movement to her practice.
Her teaching style is accepting, encouraging, and deeply kind,  she has a strong emphasis on strength, flexibility and balance.

Brie Burbank - Certified Yoga Instructor-

Yoga Instructor, Rasamaya 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainer, Aesthetician, and  Mother, Brie brings 10yrs of bodywork, movement, and aromatherapy into her practice.  She is passionate about encouraging her clients to find a place of authenticity in their experience both on the massage table, and yoga mat as well as in their daily lives. Brie is known for teaching safe and challenging classes with clear alignment instruction.  She enjoys exchanging ideas with her clients while sharing her interests and knowledge of the body. 

Brie believes that healing takes place through proactive and intuitive efforts from practitioner and client.  She brings a playful and creative feel into her classes.  Brie  is continuously pursuing continuing education to better her practice. 

She has studied, the therapeutic use of essential oils, oncology massage, hydrotherapy, thermotherapy, holistic skin care, Pilates, aerial fabric yoga, somatic therapy, myofascial release, Pfliates- pelvic floor pilates (brie is a certified Pfilates instructor) visceral manipulation, and dynamic structural therapy. Her most recent area of study and interest is bodywork and massage therapy for infants.

Guinevere Boston - Certified Yoga Instructor-

Guinevere began practicing as part of her acting training in NYC in 1993. She continued to study asana, meditation and chanting through 2000 in New York at the Siddha Shiva Center. In 2000, Guinevere moved to Vermont and studied privately with a Kripalu teacher, she then moved to Arizona and began teaching privately, creating a practice for her clients inspired by the Kripalu philosophy and incorporating meditation, chanting and nutrition.

She was inspired to get her 500 hour certification with Purusha Yoga (located in Deerfield, MA at the time, now operating out of San Francisco).  She is a certified Yoga Therapist as well as a teacher. Of late, She’s been teaching a vigorous, warm, Vinyasa flow. Last winter she started teaching restorative yoga as well at Yoga4Life. In the past she’s also taught yoga/movement classes (similar to DansKinetics style).

Kelly Libby - Certified Yoga

Kelly Libby is a Meditation Facilitator, Yoga Instructor and Inspirational Mind-Body Specialist. Her classes focus on restoring the flow of life energy (aka qi, chi, prana) through a combination of movement and introspection. With gentle humor she inspires her students to step beyond their boundries and live an exceptional life.

Her 8 year path of spiritual, energetic, and anatomical studies have allowed her to harvest a profound understanding of the mind/body/spirit connection and how to activate the body’s natural healing response. Her education and training cover restoration on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.

Kelly is the owner of Sacred Space Studio in Ossippe, NH, where she offers body systems analysis, Thai-Shiatsu body work, yoga, pilates, meditation, Yamuna Body Rolling, spiritual/emotioanal anatomy, and nutrition. Her professional and personal studies focus on healing through movement, meditation and inspiration.

Lindsey Kipp - Certified Yoga Instructor-

Following a path of inner discovery, Lindsey took her first yoga class in 1991. Fascinated by the effects on her body and mind, she began taking yoga classes as often as she could, leading to a 250 hour Bija Ananda teaching certification with Tom Sherman in Concord, NH. Encouraged by Tom to follow the healing path, she completed an 85 hour teaching certification in Yoga of the Heart®, a yoga program designed for cardiac and cancer patients.

 Intrigued by the remarkable healing possible using gentle yoga movements and breath, Lindsey further studied Viniyoga, learning adaptive yoga poses and sequencing for neck and spinal injuries, lower back pain, and hip and knee replacements.

 Lindsey’s gentle therapeutic yoga style is relaxing and encouraging, always working with the body and practicing from the place of no pain. Her aim is to create a lightness of being for body, mind, heart and spirit.

 Additionally, Lindsey studied mantra with Thomas Ashley-Farrand, is a former studio owner in the Newfound Lake area, and has been teaching yoga since 2004. 

Anna Kerr- Certified Yoga Instructor

Yoga has been a central focus of Anna’s for over 10 years. She continues to discover her own potential through a daily yoga practice, as well as training and workshops.  Anna has been teaching yoga since 2010 and has her ERYT-200 with Yoga Alliance.  She has trained extensively with Baron Baptiste, received her 200 hr training through Live Love Teach affiliated with Phillip Urso, and teaches in several great studios in the Northshore of Boston including Solstice Power Yoga, Mantra, The Yoga Loft and JaiShree Yoga. She has continued to grow in the Baptiste world by training, practicing and teaching with many of Baron’s master teachers including becoming certified 2 years ago with level 1 Art of Assisting and last year in level 2. Anna believes her approach to yoga allows a fun fresh access to the classical traditions of BKS Iyengar, TVK Desikchar and Patthabi Jois.

Anna received her Masters Degree in Counseling from Rivier University, an education which brings depth to her understanding of yoga philosophy. Her intensive study of Psychology combine with the knowledge of a strong yoga practice has provided a solid foundation for her commitment to classical yoga traditions. Anna’s passion is teaching a powerful, transformational yoga class. Honest work, at a level appropriate to each student, brings physical, emotional, and spiritual strength and flexibility. Anna states that she is grateful and feels privileged to share her life’s blessings with others.

Anna achieved her E-RYT-200 hour certification through Philip Urso and the Live. Love. Teach. Foundation.  She has trained extensively with Baron Baptiste and attended both Level 1 and 2 training with Baron Baptiste as well as The Art of Assisting programs. She is Core Power certified and Childlight certified. Her goal is to guide her students in the awakening of their own potential; to become strong in mind and body both on and off the mat.“The key to working through resistance is always a radical inner surrender, a calm determination, and a commitment to letting go.”      Baron Baptiste

Shelby York- Certified Yoga Instructor

Shelby a native of Wolfeboro initially began her journey with yoga in 2002 as a first step to getting back into shape after years away from physical activity.  It was the beginning of something beautiful.  Starting with Power Yoga, Shelby soon became a regular.  In 2009 she took the next step and joined her local gym.  Shortly thereafter she was offered the opportunity to attend a training weekend for Les Mills BodyPump and reached her goal of becoming a class instructor in 2010. 

By February of 2011 she added the Les Mills BodyBalance program, a blend of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi to her teaching resume.  In 2012 Shelby obtained both her Spinning and TRX certificates.    Even still, yoga called.   In 2013 Shelby graduated from Yoga NH teacher training program under the guidance of Maureen Miller and Stacey Sky Gibbons. 

Since then Shelby has continued to expand her knowledge and understanding of yoga.  In her most recent endeavor she attended SUP fitness training with Michelle Clark of Full Moon Paddleboard so that she might bring her enthusiasm for yoga and fitness to the water.  In her yoga practice she enjoys both the challenges of Ashtanga and Vinyasa style classes as well as the solace found in Hatha and Restorative based classes.  As a teacher she makes every effort to bring her energy and understanding to each individual in her class. 

Shelby is grateful for the opportunity to practice and teach among such a dedicated and close knit community, and to the many teachers, fellow students and friends who have provided inspiration, guidance and companionship along the way.

Andrea Eaton- Certified Yoga Instructor-

Andrea has been practicing yoga for 10 years. She began in 2007 after college graduation, when she realized she would need to take a more proactive approach to keeping movement in her new professional office life. After many years of high school and college field hockey, Andrea fell in love with yoga as a way to maintain and build strength, relieve stress, deepen the breath, and explore inner thoughts and emotions while also sharing the energy and focus of fellow yogis in the studio. She credits yoga with teaching her how to truly breathe, and the benefits of breath control she learned in classes led her to complete a hypnobirthing course when she discovered she would become a mother. 

After the birth of her second son, Andrea felt the pull to complete yoga teacher training so she could help others leverage their practice to enhance their lives off the mat. She completed her 200HR RYT training in the Rasamaya method of vinyasa style yoga in 2014 under the instruction of Rasamaya founder, Carrie Tyler, and teacher trainer, Brie Burbank. Andrea loved Rasamya’s focus on the nine major human emotions or “rasas”, core and pelvic floor strength, and proper anatomical alignment. 

Andrea teaches an athletic practice that elevates the heart while maintaining a connection to an intention and a flow from pose to pose, inhale to exhale. She wants her students to leave class feeling accomplished, nourished and renewed. Yogis of any level will feel comfortable, with modifications and alternatives always offered. 

Andrea is a mother of three and, by day, works in marketing for a Seacoast NH software company. She holds a BS in Business from Babson College.

Eric Chamberlain - Tai Chi/ Qigong

Eric offers T’ai Chi and qigong instruction for its benefits as a mind-body health practice, and to empower people to live more holistic and to live centered lives in an overly stressful modern world.  Eric has been teaching T’ai Chi since 1999.  He began his study of the internal martial arts in the 1980’s.  Over the past 18 years, he has been a student and practitioner of Yang Style short and long forms of T’ai Chi Chuan, T’ai Chi saber, T’ai Chi Sword, Shaolin staff, Push Hands, Qigong, and several forms of meditation.  Instructors who have helped Eric develop include Joe Duguay, Gerry Tilley, Bruce Kumer Franzis of Taoist Energy Arts in CA., and Dr. Yang Jwing-Ming of Yang’s Martial Arts Assoc. in Boston, MA.  Eric is a qigong instructor with the National Qigong Assocation,

Eric also has life experience as a Science Educator, Professional Counselor and certified Coach.  He also is a Registered Maine guide, and Construction and Property Maintenance Contractor.  A resident of Wolfeboro since 1974, Eric lives in the wild outskirts of town with his family.
